Each month for $79, you choose what your skin goals need. Select one of the following:

PLUS $50 off of all injectables for members.
At Self Aesthetics + Wellness, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 48 hours are subject to a $75 fee. By booking you agree to this policy and authorize the card on file to be charged when applicable.
