As a Registered Nurse with nearly 20 years of experience in anti-aging, plastic surgery, aesthetics, and functional medicine, I’m passionate about helping others look and feel their best from the inside out. I specialize in natural techniques, including treatments that use your body’s own plasma and collagen-building properties. Constantly pursuing the latest innovations in aesthetics, I strive to offer the most advanced and effective treatments.
Having lived in the Austin, Texas area for 25 years, I love the vibrant local community. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with my husband, two almost-grown children, and our three dogs. With Self Aesthetics + Wellness, I’m embarking on my own journey of self-discovery as I enter the empty nest phase of life. This new clinic in Cedar Park represents my focus on personal growth and intentions in this next chapter, and I’m thrilled to bring cutting-edge aesthetic treatments to clients seeking luxury, hands-on care, and custom results.

Lexi brings 11 years of experience as a licensed esthetician and professional laser technician to the Self Aesthetics & Wellness team. What began as a career quickly became one of her greatest passions—and it shows in every treatment she delivers. Lexi loves this industry because it allows her to combine science, skincare, and genuine human connection every single day, and she would not have it any other way.
Her approach is rooted in personalized care, honest recommendations, and meticulous attention to detail. For Lexi, building a trusting relationship with each client is just as important as the treatment itself. She takes the time to truly listen, understand your goals, and create an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, confident, and completely comfortable in your own skin.
